Barcelona attack: Europe's safety challenged again

At least 14 people were killed and more than 100 injured during Thursday's terror attack when a driver deliberately slammed a van into crowds on the renowned Las Ramblas avenue, a popular tourist section of Barcelona. Citizens from 24 countries were among those killed and injured. So far four men have been arrested as country-wide anti-terror operation remains underway. ISIL has claimed responsibility for the attack though the claim has not been verified.
