Brexit Party MEP Candidate for the South West visits Gloucester.
Nigel Farage’s Brexit Party made its debut in Gloucester on Saturday with a busy street stall outside Gloucester Guildhall, which was attended by Ann Tarr and Nicola Darke , both of whom are candidates for the South West region, including Gloucestershire, in the forthcoming EU Parliamentary elections, which are scheduled to take place on Thursday 23rd May.
Commented Stuart Adair, who is the Gloucestershire Co-ordinator for the Brexit Party :- “ It was great to see so many people and to receive so much support in Gloucester. People were telling us how fed up they are with this tired Tory Government’s failure to implement the Referendum vote from nearly three years ago when Gloucester voted by a majority 58.5% to leave the EU. Labour are no better and offer no coherent opposition.
It is more than clear that Nigel Farage and the Brexit Party will do well in the European Parliamentary Elections in Gloucester and we look forward to being able to announce that some big Brexit Party hitters will be visiting the city in the course of the campaign. “
