People make fun of me on social media for telling travelers that they need to practice their walking before they go on vacation, the reason I say that is if you have a desk job you may only get 5000 steps a day, and when you go from 5000 steps a day at your job to 25,000 steps a day visiting New York, your feet and legs will be hurting you a lot. So I hope that is understandable.
