Ein Bokek Beach is a public beach located in the town of the same name on the Israeli coast of the Dead Sea. In Ein Bokek you will find mainly hotels, beaches and tourist facilities, such as shopping centres.

Entrance to the beach is free of charge, and it’s suitable for all ages. Big sun sails have been but up for shade and there are showers on site.

The Dead Sea has its name because of its extremely high salt content, which you will definitely notice on the beach here in Ein Bokek. Salt encrustations have formed on the banks and in the water you will discover one or two salt crystals. The water is very thick, so swimming is not really possible and it is more so that you are carried by the water.
