Former Soviet nation, Georgia, gets one step close to joining the European Union. The plans for the membership advanced at a high-level meeting in Brussels. There was much criticism of Russia at the event but many EU lawmakers said the bloc was making a big mistake with its efforts to try and isolate Moscow. Jerome Hughes reports from Brussels.
