This session will cover further details on the energy transition. It will discuss its intersection with sustainable development, and also how non-Co2 GHGs (i.e., methane) will feature at COP28. It will take a critical lens to the carbon market and understand how the expansion of renewable energies fits into our global mitigation plans.
