In this stream, we'll learn how to use Guile Hall, Guix, and Emacs to create and develop new Guile Scheme libraries! These tools provide a nice experience for scaffolding new projects with everything you need to get started. As an experiment, we'll use them to prototype a simple URL route handling library!
