Job Description:-
POSITION:- HR Manager in Hungary
We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist, who will be responsible for the management of the Ukrainian employees hired at production plant, reporting directly to the General Manager of the Company.
Your specific duties will include:

Support to selected candidates in obtaining working permission and managing logistic issues;
Manage training processes for new employees;
Oversee staff retention and manage employee relations and performances;
Support internal communication (translations and interpreting);
Manage Full-Cycle recruitment (sourcing, Skype interviewing, extending offers, etc.).
Specific qualifications for the position includes:
Ukrainian mother tongue with an excellent knowledge of the English language;
Strong communication skills;
Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships at all levels;
Qualification:-
Bachelor’s University degree minimum;
HR qualification will be advantageous.
Your benefits are:
