I went to Italy with two teachers from my school and about 15 other girls. it was an amazing experience. here is just a glimpse of what we saw while traveling to and from place to place on the bus.

We had to take a connecting flight so we flew to France, and then we had about an hour layover after going through customs and then we flew to Italy. We met our wonderful tour guide Teresa in Italy and she pointed out a few things while we were on the bus to the hotel. We spent 4 days in Rome doing touristy things and meeting with women in leadership positions, we were able to meet a small town governor, a member of parliament, women who immigrated to Italy and were apart of a local elementary school, and so many other amazing women. We took the bus only a few times, to go to and from a different area in Rome, and to travel to Florence, Pisa, and Tuscany.

I recommend if you can go to Italy, go, it really is so beautiful and it was such a culture shock from where i live in the states.
