EU High Representative Federica Mogherini and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of China Wang Yi are holding a press conference for their opening remarks at the EU Foreign Affairs council in Brussels on Monday, March 18.

At the top of the agenda for this year's council are Brexit, Yemen, Crimea and the relations between EU and China, among other issues.
