1) Through its programme’s principles, show how a military mentoring programme achieved a 3 times gold standard, even with the challenges of operations, commitment, and stereotypes.
2) To illustrate how the programme’s framework, strategic priorities, and its bi-cultural nature continue to develop future well rounded leaders for the RNZAF and NZ.
3) To demonstrate how the principals of a mentee driven programme can be applied to any size mentoring programme or organization so it can continue to balance growth and sustainability in the future.
