This is part 1 of two countries we visiting Oct. 7-22, 2022. We flew into Oslo aboard Norse Airlines. After two days, we took the overnight Vy Train to Bergen. After a full day there, we rented a car and headed for Voss, stopping at several waterfalls and fjords. The second day took us to Flam with scenic overlooks and passing through Norway's longest tunnel. After an overnight stay in Balestrand we took the ferry and headed south through rugged landscapes and went to Voringfossen, one of Norway's most popular waterfalls.

From there we flew to Copenhagen, which will be in Part 2.

After 5 days in Copenhagen, we headed back to Oslo, where we stayed for two nights at the Grand Oslo Hotel, where the Nobel Peace Prize recipient stays each year.
