The US has signed a security pact with Ukraine, and G7 leaders have agreed on a $50 billion loan package for Ukraine, secured with frozen Russian assets in the EU. Biden says that support and sanctions against Russia will show President Vladimir Putin that “he cannot wait us out. He cannot divide us.”
