The initiative of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to limit the ability of Russian citizens to visit Europe is gaining momentum in the EU. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, stated this at a briefing on Thursday, August 11. Latvia stopped issuing visas to Russians. Finland and Estonia supported this initiative, Kuleba said. In addition, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine once again called on the United States to recognize Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism. It is the biggest source of terrorism in the world. Worse than al-Qaeda and ISIS, Kuleba noted.
