Correspondent Rosie Birchard tells i24News about the importance of Mohamed bin Zayed's first foreign trip as President of the UAE to France. 

"They will discuss bilateral relations, and those bilateral relations are in a pretty good shape going into these talks. They were really cemented in 2021 when France and the UAE agreed on a major arms export deal. The UAE bought some dozens of French fighter jets for multi-billion euro deals so certainly relations are good stead, however, France looking to deepen them further," she told i24NEWS.
