Sikyong Penpa Tsering attended the inaugural of the 2 days National Working Committee meet cum seminar and press conference organised by the Bharat Tibet Sangh in collaboration with the Department of Buddhist studies of University of Jammu. At the press conference Sikyong shared his views on the recent border intrusion in Arunachal Pradesh by the Chinese PLA soldiers and expressed his concern on India's security upon answering the medias.
