The ongoing China-U.S. trade talks have made substantive progress, serving as an example of bilateral cooperation, Chinese Foreign Minister and State Councilor Wang Yi said on Friday, dismissing allegations of decoupling from China. Wang said cooperation and friction always exist in bilateral ties, but cooperation outweighs friction.
